Again this is very easy - firstly you click on "New Account" and then you select POP3 account. You fill in the following boxes - some might be in the "Advanced settings" but all will be in the set up:

     user: yourname@yourdomain.xx.xx

     password:  your chosen password
     incoming mail server(pop): mail.yourdomain.xx.xx
     outgoing mail server (smtp): mail.yourdomain.xx.xx
     authentication for outgoing server: ON
     Incoming server port: 110
     Outgoing server port: 25
     SSL: OFF

once you have done this - you will get your e-mail straight into your account on your own computer!!!

Can anyone else have the same address as me?

NO - each e-mail address is individual - just like the address of your house of flat. However, just like a block of flats, or houses in a street, parts of the domain name might be shared ie: you might be doctor@harleystreet.co.uk but someone else might be surgeon@harleystreet.co.uk - so although several address can be set up on one domain, only one person will get the user of their choice at that domain - on a first come first served basis.
